The hotel's location is ideal for exploring, being just a
Short walk from attractions like the Göreme Open Air Museum. The staff, especially Mr Ali, provided really good service and guided us to unique sites not on the usual tourist path. Be prepared for a basic breakfast that could use more variety.

The hotel met the criteria. The property was absolutely great and overlooked city. The setting was unbeatable, close enough to the bus station, the center of Goreme and the real cave. Attentive and very very helpful staff, offered us wake up calls and ironing.

Very nice sunrise views from the rooftop terrace.

Sunset Cave, where I thought I'd be treated like royalty, failed miserably. The cave was terribly dark, and the bathroom drains? An absolute disgrace! I almost expected a complimentary bottle of champagne for the troubles, but no such luck. Such a shame because the view might have been worth it, but I just couldn't get past the flaws.

The arrangement for hot air balloon rides could be more organized!!! A clearer outline of available services would greatly help guests in planning their activities. The decor in the common areas seemed outdated and could use a refresh!!!

Staying at Sunset Cave felt nice. The views from the top terrace were amazing, especially during sunrise with hot air balloons floating in the sky. The family who runs the place, especially Ali, provided really good personalized service. I appreciated how Ali mixed the red and green tours into one day for us, focusing on the highlights and even taking us to a unique fairy home. Breakfast was filling but could use more variety. It was basic with a limited selection. We enjoyed the convenient location to the bus station and nearby shops. Our room was cozy but a bit dark since it's a cave, so be prepared for that. The bathroom had a nice updated shower. The stay was fantastic, but breakfast improvements would enhance the experience.

The Beautiful Family Suite offered plenty of space. The unique cave architecture created an authentic atmosphere.
Some lights in the room were not functional, and the door key frequently malfunctioned, causing some frustration . The stairs leading to the top floor felt less safe for children. There were minor issues with bathroom drain efficiency and room door alignment that could use attention to improve the experience.
